As a pull-on skirt. it has elastic at the back. but a flat front so you can wear a tucked-in top for a streamlined look. We say mini. but don’t let that scare you – a Mata mini hits above the knee. but isn’t super short. We love this skirt paired with a cute sweater and chunky boots for fall.
